LESSON 3. A FORTUNE-TELLER

1.  Ex. 1 p. 107. Kate and her family go to the amusement park and see a fortune telling machine. Read, listen and answer. Do you believe the machine? Why?

2. Ex. 2 p. 108. Look at the verb forms in bold and say what they mean, what verbs they are made up of and why they are used.

3. Ex. 3a p. 108. Read what the fortune telling machine says to the children. What will happen to them in the future?

Example: They’ll go to Europe.

4. Ex. 3b p. 108. Make some more sentences for kids. They’ll do unusual things. Use the ideas from the table and your own ones.

Example: You’ll dance with rhinos.

Write down your ideas, take a photo and send it to your teacher.
